ARE THERE ANY ONGOING COSTS?

Yes. Your new website needs to be hosted on a server. When we confirm costs for a new website, it will always include any hosting costs for the first year. These depend upon the size and complexity of your website but start from just £30 per month*. When your anniversary approaches, we will contact you to remind you about these costs for the next and subsequent years.

is my website backed up?

All Koodooweb websites include our fully-managed cloud hosting with built-in redundancy and therefore, effectively a real-time back-up at all times. In addition, we employ Automatic Scaling where every system in our infrastructure participates in serving all websites, so your website scales up as you receive more traffic and is immune to simple hardware failures, ensuring your website remains available at all times.

DO YOU SELL DOMAINS?

Yes. If you don't have a domain (eg www.yourbusinessname.com) we can register this for you. As a guide, costs are usually £15-20 for 2 years but do vary depending upon the domain type (eg if it's a .com a .co.uk etc) but we will confirm an exact cost. 

DOES MY WEBSITE COME WITH SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMISATION (SEO)?

Yes. your website comes complete with our basic SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) package, which promotes good natural listings on all search engines, not just Google!.

DO YOU OFFER EMAIL ACCOUNTS?

Yes. We can get your email up and running in no time. There are a few options we have and it's best to discuss your needs in person or over the phone. All our websites include a contact form (just like the one we have on this site) as standard, so don't worry you'll never miss an enquiry. It's up to you whether you feel you need a '[email protected]' type email, but we can direct all enquiries to any email account you like (your customers don't see this - so it can be anything you may already have). 

CAN I SELL PRODUCTS ON MY SITE?

Yes, we can make you a fully e-commerce website. We'll discuss your needs and help you get your online shop up and running. Costs will vary depending on the size of your shop, but it's a lot less expensive than you might think and online sales are booming so why not join in! To discuss this further, please contact us.
