re Corona / COVID-19 - here to help

We hope you, family and colleagues are all well during this challenging time. 

With the health and safety or our customers and team as our highest priority, I wanted to let you know that we have completed a number of actions and measures this week to ensure business continuity and enable the Koodoo web team to operate from home as well as providing a skeleton staff rota at the office.  These actions will ensure we operate as normal during office hours and therefore all ongoing services (ie website development, marketing services, website hosting & support, Protocus® CRM, FlexSupport etc) are delivered as normal and new projects will continue unaffected by the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic. Communication will be boosted through the use of various technologies and services including WhatsApp for Business, Zoom video call / conferencing, cloud telephony, remote file sharing and an extranet with a KnowledgeBase. If any of these services are of interest for your organisation – please contact us, we are here to help.  We will be implementing our new working practices with effect from Monday 23rd March 2020.

Getting short-term help and support

Do you need anything to help communicate with your patients and suppliers, advice about a marketing strategy to prepare for life after Corona or anything else we can help with?  If you need to post an update on your website or have an urgent issue during the COVID-19 crisis, we are here to help. Life after Corona!

It is clear during calls this week with various clients, that we share a positive, strategic view about getting back to business post-Corona. With a sensible, pragmatic outlook and a typically British can-do attitude, businesses who have carried on with innovative short-term solutions (eg to marketing) and who have planned and prepared for life after a return to normal, will emerge as clear winners. We have therefore begun work on various business focused solutions and initiatives that will help our clients during this crisis and we will keep in touch with regular updates over the coming days and weeks as we make these solutions available. Like everyone, I look forward to the time when we can all regard the current situation as over and life begins to return to normal.
